They’re building out their Sydney team and hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth in the ANZ market. What you’ll be doing Prospect and engage high-growth eCommerce and digital retail brands Run multichannel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to book qualified meetings Partner with Marketing & Enablement on campaigns and messaging Build pipeline that fuels sales and company growth What’s on offer Base salary up to $75K + uncapped commission (60/40 split) Hybrid working model + best-in-class tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav) Private health insurance + wellness perks Career progression into AE, Partnerships, or Strategy roles Be part of a $1.6B+ fintech scale-up redefining eCommerce finance with global resources and local ownership Who we’re looking for 6+ months of sales experience (BDR/SDR or similar) Resilient, proactive, and motivated by targets Passion for fintech, startups, or eCommerce a big plus Why this role?
