As an Administration Officer you will work under a senior administration officer to promote, maintain and improve the health and wellbeing of residents. You will assist the administration team with a broad range of daily tasks, tailored to the individual needs and preferences of residents within households. Responsibilities Assist senior administration officer in daily administrative tasks. Perform reception duties in a friendly and courteous manner to a broad population, including elderly people, their carers and families. Handle telephone enquiries, maintain and order stationary office equipment, and manage confidential records in an orderly system. Manage petty cash and contribute to marketing activities for prospective residents, including facility tours. Work closely with the rostering team and administration team. Provide high‑level customer service skills and strong attention to detail. Use computerised clinical management software such as Autumn Care, People Point, etc. Operate within a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications & Requirements Relevant experience in a similar role performing reception duties. Experience with administrative functions including telephone enquiries, ordering stationery, maintaining confidential records, petty cash management, and marketing for prospective residents. High level of customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency with clinical management software (e.g., Autumn Care, People Point). Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. NDIS Worker Screening Check is Mandatory.
