Position Overview As an Administration Officer, you’ll play an essential role in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, supporting both the sales team through a mix of administration, reporting, and client service. Reporting to the Key Accounts Manager, you’ll help deliver a seamless client experience by coordinating onboarding documents with our team in Canada, responding to enquiries via email, and supporting smooth collaboration across departments. In this varied role, you’ll process sales admin, monitor customer inboxes to ensure timely and professional responses, maintain accurate data and contract documentation, and assist with reporting. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records, communications, and sales activities to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Contribute to preparing and updating sales materials and supporting documentation for client meetings and presentations. Monitor shared inboxes, ensuring all client enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally. Coordinate client onboarding processes with internal teams, ensuring all documentation and system updates are completed accurately. Liaise with internal departments to support clear communication, timely follow‑up, and smooth internal workflows. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars for senior team members as required. Support ongoing improvements in sales administration, reporting accuracy, and system utilisation. Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including scheduling, reporting, and general coordination tasks. Required Qualifications And Experience At least 2 years of experience in an administration position. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Strong customer service mindset, with clear, professional communication skills.
