APM is looking for a Business Development Manager to build and maintain employer relationships in our Workforce Australia program, with the aim of placing participants into sustainable employment. This role will be working across The Capital Region. Am I suited to being a Business Development Manager with APM? Experience within the Employment Services sector is not essential, but it is highly regarded. If you are self-driven, motivated to succeed, and experienced in sales (Retail, Hospitality, or other), business development, account management, and/or outbound calling, then this role could be perfect for you A day in the life of a Business Development Manager Be out and about building employer relationships and marketing job seekers to prospective employers, rather than sitting in an office all day. Develop and maintain employer and community networks. Work alongside Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable employment. Enjoy a fast-paced and challenging environment. Negotiate with employers to ensure successful job placements. Ensure compliance with database input and other requirements.
