With innovative technology and a strong global presence, they empower businesses to achieve energy independence and carbon reduction. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead growth in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment. This role focuses on expanding our footprint in large-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS) and integrated renewable solutions for commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the C&I market across Australia. Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, developers, consultants, and corporate clients. Drive end-to-end sales processes: from lead generation and technical scoping to contract negotiation and closure. Develop strategic partnerships and channel networks to accelerate market penetration. Prepare proposals, tenders, and pricing strategies for large-scale solar and battery projects. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events and forums to strengthen brand visibility. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in B2B sales within renewable energy, preferably in solar and battery storage solutions. Strong understanding of C&I energy projects , including multi-megawatt systems and tender processes. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships and manage complex stakeholder relationships. Technical knowledge of battery energy storage systems and renewable technologies is highly desirable. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about sustainability.
