Primary Focus Reporting directly to the Store Operations & Support Senior Manager – Operations the incumbent will need to ensure all responsibilities are completed successfully and delivered. The person must be comfortable with: Working quickly and efficiently within scheduled timeframes Building lasting relationships that can be relied on to help bolster our reputation Working and liaising with people from a diverse range of multicultural backgrounds Role Responsibilities Request and collate Black & White information from buyers and communicate to stores Add splits for buyers into Black & White and communicate to stores Load monthly catalogues, House of Wellness, major sales and promotions for all banners Create all MRM and MyWeb sign files for IVE by requested date Correct and record all catalogue errors & communicate changes to stores Create catalogue order files for stores Load all documents as Mycomms tasks and on MyWeb for stores to access Ensure Mycomms tasks and on MyWeb files are current Request and collate compliance calendar info from buyers Communicate to stores by due date Maintain promotions calendar Complete & develop prepare & execute guides for stores Maintain & update how-to guides Teamwork and relationships Work closely with other departments, primarily buying and marketing, to deliver exceptional services across the business Establish and maintain strong relationships with all stores, DCs, departments and their management and staff Demonstrate teamwork and foster good communication with departmental/ functional colleagues as well as other staff and management Promote and demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude Work closely with third party technicians and support personnel Qualifications and experience Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Creativity and attention to detail Highly organized and with an ability to prioritise and multitask Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make major decisions A preparedness to take the initiative and a strong desire to achieve results Good general IT and computer skills What you should know Aside from the usual things you should expect from any organisation, we also offer our team the following: Discounts across all our brands.
