ABOUT THE COMPANY Solar Farm Constructions (SFC) is a growing contractor specialising in foundations, piling, drilling, batching and mechanical installation for utility‑scale solar farms across Australia. We work with tier‑one EPCs and developers and are known for practical problem‑solving, strong site execution and getting work done safely and efficiently in tough conditions. We’re a fast moving, hands‑on team that values initiative, common sense and people who take ownership. With a healthy pipeline of renewables work, we’re expanding our commercial team to support new and ongoing projects. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a commercially‑minded Contracts Administrator to protect SFC’s position on live projects. This role is all about contract clarity, scope control, and making sure risks, delays and changes are identified early and communicated formally. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and site team to: Prepare and administer subcontract agreements, scopes and deliverables Issue and track contractual correspondence, site instructions, RFIs and back charges Support procurement and subcontractor onboarding with clear scope alignment Manage variations, change events and extension‑of‑time submissions Prepare progress claims, support client negotiations and maintain evidence Maintain commercial registers, documentation and close‑out requirements Ensure project activities align with head contract obligations, specifications and standards Capture delays, access issues and quality impacts and ensure they are recorded formally This role suits someone who: Understands the importance of paper trails and deadlines Isn’t afraid to chase information or push back when something is out of scope Likes structure, contracts, processes and clarity Wants real responsibility and visibility on large renewable projects WHAT YOU’LL BRING Experience in contracts administration, commercial coordination or project controls Understanding of head/subcontract terms, variations and contractual risk Ability to interpret scopes, drawings and technical requirements Strong communication skills: written and verbal Competent with Microsoft 365 and document control systems BONUS POINTS FOR Civil or renewable project experience Procore (or similar software) knowledge Exposure to remote or fast‑paced construction projects WHY SFC Direct involvement in large‑scale renewable projects A business that values commercial discipline and decisive action Competitive salary and career progression Travel opportunities to project sites SALARY NEGOTIABLE FOR THE RIGHT FIT – GET IN TOUCH Please apply through SEEK or send your resume to solarfc.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
