What You'll Do Provide administrative and coordination support to project teams across PAS operations. Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project activities and deliverables. Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting tools to ensure compliance and accuracy. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes for project stakeholders. Support communication and engagement across internal teams and external partners. What You'll Bring Demonstrated experience in project coordination or administrative support roles. Strong organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
