About You The Data & Operational Processes Specialist will be responsible for supporting Settlement and Youth Services Leadership with collecting and reporting on data, liaising with internal teams (Data Team, Impact & Insights) as well as ICMS team (database) to improve data collection & meet contractual requirements. Additionally, support is to be provided with creating, reviewing and updating processes and manuals in support of the improved settlement service delivery. The role involves extracting and analysing data from the ICMS (Salesforce) to support reporting for the SETS and YTS programs, working closely with ICT/ICMS, Data, Impact & Insights teams, and program leadership. The successful candidate will support ongoing improvements to the client management system, act as a key liaison to streamline workflows, and contribute to developing the settlement and youth division operational manual. Responsibilities also include providing administrative support—such as managing correspondence, scheduling, meetings, and travel and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while helping drive organisational goals and process improvements. Tertiary qualifications in Community and Human Services, Social Work or relevant Discipline Strong skills in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power BI etc.) and experience & skills across a range of applications including client records management systems such as Salesforce. Excellent time management, organisational, prioritisation skills and ability to manage competing demands Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including strong written skills and ability to convey information clearly Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment, as well as ability to work autonomously High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy as well as demonstrate a high level of discretion when handling sensitive information Experience working with culturally diverse people/communities and 3 years equivalent experience and/or Tertiary qualification in or relevant discipline would be highly desirable About Us Settlement Services International (SSI Group) is a community-based organisation and social business that supports newcomers and Australians to achieve their full potential.
