Join a great team Due to a role vacancy and to continue the growth of our fund, we are seeking a Business Super Consultant in the NSW and ACT markets to support the real estate sector in those states and territory. The successful applicant will be responsible for building and developing our existing client base with both employers and members directly as well as leveraging our relationships with the Real Estate Institute of NSW and the Real Estate Institute of ACT. The position includes travel covering metropolitan Sydney as well as regional NSW and Canberra. Occasional interstate travel for business development and attendance at conferences will be required. Reporting to the Senior BDM - NSW & ACT, you will be based in Sydney and will help us continue to grow in the NSW and ACT markets. Key areas of responsibility include: Developing new business relationships with national agency networks located in NSW & ACT and state-based agency networks and independent agencies based in NSW and ACT. Building on existing member and employer relationships. Building on our existing relationship with the Real Estate Institute of NSW and the Real Estate Institute of ACT. Growing our membership and employer base. Growing our funds under management. Working with both employers and members directly. Skills and Experience RG146 compliant. Minimum 5 years experience in the financial services industry or 5 years in the real estate industry. Demonstrated experience in B2B business development and relationship management. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective business relationships. Excellent diary management skills. Ability to work independently but as part of a national team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven experience in opportunity lead generation through to conversion. Tertiary qualification in a science, economics or business related discipline. Remuneration will be paid commensurate with skills and experience. Current drivers licence & own vehicle required. Vehicle running costs will be reimbursed. Laptop, mobile and travel expenses provided.
