Help build places people love to live We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (12‑Month Contract) to join our Group Marketing team and help shape the future of customer engagement across Stockland’s diverse portfolio — including retail, commercial, and residential developments. This role can be based in either Sydney or Brisbane. In this contract position, you’ll play a key part in planning, executing, and optimising lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, and automation channels. Your work will directly support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation, while driving innovation and continuous improvement in our marketing technology and processes. What you’ll do Designing and executing integrated lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and automation platforms to drive customer engagement and retention. Managing end‑to‑end campaign delivery, including content planning, copywriting, testing, reporting, and performance optimisation. Developing and enhancing automated customer journeys and trigger‑based communications to improve efficiency and scalability. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align campaign strategies, ensure consistent messaging, and support broader marketing initiatives. Leveraging customer data and insights to drive personalisation, segmentation, and continuous improvement of marketing performance. About You Experience & Skills That Count Solid experience in marketing, with a focus on direct and lifecycle marketing communications. Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, CRM systems and marketing automation — ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong campaign management skills, including planning, copywriting, testing, and performance analysis. Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing external agency relationships. Experience with mapping customer journeys and developing digital CRM strategies. The Right Mindset Customer‑first thinking with a passion for delivering engaging and relevant experiences.
