Overview Are you an organized and friendly professional looking for a flexible part-time role? We are seeking a receptionist to join our team at Liebherr‑Australia based in our Erskine Park branch for two days a week (Thursday and Friday). Additionally the successful candidate should be available additional days during periods of leave for the other receptionist in a job‑sharing arrangement. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer and direct phone calls efficiently. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Provide administrative support as required including uniforms and stationary orders. Purchase Orders and process invoices. Assist visitors / contractors with WOL including administration of documentation. Provide coverage / assistance as required in other administration positions. About You Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems. Ability to work flexibly and cover full-time hours when needed. A proactive and highly organized approach to work. Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard.
