Customer Success Specialist

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to be the key point of contact for clients using Exposi, our industry-leading hygiene management system. You’ll be the go-to person who makes sure every client feels supported, confident and able to get the most out of our platform. Exposi is a smart, scalable SaaS platform designed to manage the entire occupational hygiene process in one place. It helps health and safety professionals make faster, smarter decisions to control workplace exposure risks, from assessment to control management. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and fostering long‑term engagement. Your ability to communicate effectively, educate and build strong relationships will be key to driving success. Responsibilities Coordinate clients’ onboarding and implementation journey, timelines and tasks with the implementation team Build and maintain trusted relationships to ensure long‑term client satisfaction and retention Track and review usage metrics and have regular client check‑ins to help unlock the full power of Exposi Maintain accurate records of client interactions including communication history, project status, manage invoices and renewals Share client feedback with internal teams to support ongoing improvements Qualifications Proven expertise in Customer Success / Account Management for SaaS platforms Strong coordination and project management skills to keep multiple projects moving to schedule Natural relationship‑builder who thrives on helping others succeed Skilled in using CRM, project tracking or customer success tools Ability to manage client expectations, resolve issues and support successful outcomes Benefits We offer a competitive salary and birthday leave, free parking and hybrid flexibility including a mix of office and work from home days.
