About the role As a HR Advisor at Reckitt, no two days will be the same. From partnering with our HR team on meaningful and varied projects and initiatives, to working with our global support teams on building fit for purpose processes to delivering innovative solutions to people problems, you will be at the core of our business in every way. Your responsibilities Provide critical support to the HR Team across a range of generalist activities and processes across the employment cycle. Maintain HR information systems, to ensure accuracy of data & reports as required provide guidance to general users on system navigation. Assist with immigration process for the ANZ business including visa renewals Manage and coordinate the training calendar for ANZ. Support of ongoing HR initiatives including early careers, onboarding, pay review, performance reviews etc. Work collaboratively with our global shared services team - communicate any new initiatives, update existing policies & advocate for ANZ as a region. Work with Payroll as a key HR touchpoint. The experience we're looking for Experience in a similar role within a global, complex & highly matrixed organisation. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build strong working relationships and effectively influence people of all levels to drive change and improvement. Results oriented, self-motivated Ability to independently organise, manager and prioritise work, multi-tasking where necessary, in a highly demanding and ever-changing environment A thorough understanding of HR processes and principles, ready to tackle new challenges head-on. Experience with WHS. Experience navigating HR Systems. Proven track record working independently and as an integral part of a dynamic team.
