About the role We’re seeking a Business Customer Advisor to deliver exceptional support and solutions to business clients by managing complex inquiries, building strong relationships, and driving service improvements. Responsibilities Manage and resolve complex business customer inquiries and escalated complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers and internal teams to deliver excellent service. Review and interpret account data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience and supporting business objectives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within CRM platforms. Support and coach team members, sharing knowledge and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Support business customers on adopting digital self‑serve tools to enhance their experience. Identify and drive process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Qualifications Previous experience in business‑to‑business (B2B) customer service, including direct account management and managing complex accounts and escalations. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders. Proven ability to analyse account data and deliver actionable insights. Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement. High attention to detail and accuracy when managing accounts and using CRM systems. Demonstrated experience using Salesforce or any CRM platform, with a strong aptitude for technology, including AI tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel for reporting).
