You’ll join an innovative team, who collaborate openly, embrace new ideas, and are committed to delivering outstanding service for our business customers. As our Business Customer Advisor, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers and internal teams to deliver excellent service* Review and interpret account data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience and supporting business objectives* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within CRM platforms* Support and coach team members, sharing knowledge and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures* Support business customers on adopting digital self-serve tools to enhance their experience* Identify and drive process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiencyManage and resolve complex business customer inquiries and escalated complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions**This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:** * Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) customer service, including direct account management and managing complex accounts and escalations* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders* Proven ability to analyse account data and deliver actionable insights* Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement* High attention to detail and accuracy when managing accounts and using CRM systems* Demonstrated experience using Salesforce or any CRM platform, with a strong aptitude for technology, including AI tools* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel for reporting)***If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.*****With a career at Transurban, you’ll enjoy a range of benefits, including:** Share offers and insurance benefits We offer a range of **flexible working and leave options,** so you can balance your work and life commitments and interests.
