Your Opportunity We are looking for a professional and organized Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract basis. 12‑month fixed‑term contract Bella Vista location: secure on‑site parking Support internal and external customers across B. Braun’s product range Your Responsibilities Interact with internal and external customers via email and phone, providing information and addressing concerns in a courteous and professional manner. Develop strong relationships with customers, internal B. Braun customers, logistic providers and 3PL warehouses. Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing. Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution, including: Providing PODs Invoice queries Credit and return requests Backorder ETAs Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on complex customer issues, projects and process improvements. About You 3+ years of customer service experience in medical devices, pharma or healthcare. Experience with SAP is essential. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems highly desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem‑solving abilities. A flexible, team player with a positive attitude. Focus on accountability and responsibility to see all customer enquiries through to completion. High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
