If you’re ready to take the next step and make a real impact, we invite you to apply and help us build something amazing together We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Workers Compensation Self-Insurance Specialist to manage payroll processes related to workers' compensation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and self-insurance programs. Key Responsibilities Payroll Processing Manage and process payroll for employees, ensuring accurate calculations of wages, deductions, and benefits. Collaborate with customer payroll to verify employee classifications and ensure compliance with payroll regulations. Compliance and Reporting Stay updated on workers' compensation laws, regulations, and best practices. Communication and Support Serve as a point of contact for payroll and workers' compensation enquiries. Provide training and support to team members on workers' compensation policies and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field desirable Knowledge of self-insured workers' compensation programs and experience in payroll processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
