The Opportunity We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team. This is an exciting time to come on board, as we’re currently undergoing a Finance Transformation and have recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365. You’ll play a key role in managing the full accounts receivable cycle, contributing to process improvements and helping shape the future of finance operations. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that values continuous improvement and celebrates success. Responsibilities include: Follow up on outstanding payments and progress claims Process daily bank statements and complete bank reconciliations Raise and issue a high volume of invoices in a timely manner Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and reports Review contract documentation for final account accuracy Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders What You’ll Bring Experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes Knowledge of bank reconciliation and journal processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Experience in construction or property is a bonus, but not essential Why Join Us?
