The Role Our Support Workers provide safe, skilled, and person-centred supports across in-home care, community access, and behavioural settings . You’ll be supporting participants to live safely, independently, and meaningfully within their communities. Your role includes: Delivering personal care, medical supports, and high-intensity daily living assistance (e.g. PEG feeding, bowel care, medication prompting, mobility support — training provided) Supporting participants with behavioural or psychosocial needs , implementing Positive Behaviour Support strategies Building consistent, trusting relationships that promote safety, skill development, and wellbeing Promoting community inclusion, independence, and social connection We have casual and part time positions available. About You We’re seeking Support Workers who are confident, compassionate, and committed to best practice — people who understand that every shift matters.
