Our client is a successful mining services company offering building and construction, mining maintenance, cleaning, civil and rail maintenance services primarily to clients in the north‑west of Western Australia. The head office is located in the northern suburbs of Perth. The company employs over 400 staff and continues to grow at a rapid rate. Overview Due to the expansion of the finance team, the Directors are looking to add an experienced Accounts Officer (Accounts Receivable) to their successful team. Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end accounts receivable processes. Perform data entry and answer telephone calls within the finance team. Serve as client contact for billing and collections. Handle high volume transaction workload. Qualifications Good experience within accounts receivable in Australia. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident with Microsoft products. Ability to work within a busy team environment. Benefits Full‑time hours (Northern suburbs location). Long‑term position with excellent promotion prospects. Upskilling with the support of the company. Friendly team and low staff turnover. $80,000 to $90,000 + Super. Car parking allowance.
