Sales Support Executive Established dynamic growing company Great Career opportunity A busy mid-sized multinational Australian owned company is seeking an experienced flexible, driven, approachable and energetic candidate to join our growing team based on client premises in Hawthorn East. The Role: Reporting to the Account Director, the Sales Support Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day admin management of the account. Working with the client in meeting daily task requirements, long term projects whilst also having the ability to react to urgent requests and think on their feet. Key Responsibilities: Regular engagement with the client and colleagues, managing, building and maintaining the relationships Manage daily WIP & status reports to ensure the supply chain is running as smoothly as possible Prioritising workloads Liaising with internal and external clients to ensure requirements are fulfilled OTIF Identifying potential opportunities and improvements whilst retaining and managing customer performance, product management and delivery Maintaining the admin of the IT system catalogue Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes: A full driver’s license is essential for this role. Professional manner Motivated and “can-do” attitude Intermediate computer skills Microsoft Office proficient Strong attention to detail Works well under pressure Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone Confident in making decisions Process driven If you enjoy a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment, then this could be the opportunity for you.
