(HWF2) 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation PDL and locality allowance Plus great Salary Packaging options About your opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate effective, coordinated and culturally capable health care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander maternity patients, their families and carers accessing maternity services on Palm Island and Women's and Children's Service Group, Townsville University Hospital. Requirements: Certificate III in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care. Genuine occupational requirement - To perform this role it is essential that the person is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person. It is therefore a genuine occupational requirement under section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act, 1991. This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle (manual and automatic) and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
