As our business continues to expand, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Payroll – HR Officer to join our dynamic Administration Team. About the Role We are seeking a motivated, passionate, and detail-oriented Payroll – HR Officer to support our Senior Managers with a variety of Payroll, HR and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Payroll Management Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time for all employees. Maintain payroll records, employee timesheets, leave balances, and attendance data. Ensure compliance with taxation, social security, pension, and statutory reporting requirements. Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies promptly. Prepare and distribute payslips, summaries, and payroll-related documentation. HR Administration Maintain up-to-date employee files, HRIS data, and personnel records. Support recruitment activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. Coordinate employee enrolment, updates, and queries. Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, and employee lifecycle changes. Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with company procedures and labour regulations. Employee Support Act as the first point of contact for payroll and HR inquiries. Provide guidance on leave entitlements, benefits, and general HR processes. Support HR initiatives such as performance reviews, training, and employee engagement activities. Reporting & Compliance Generate monthly HR and payroll reports for management. Assist with internal and external audits as required. About You Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team A strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive environment Why Join Us?
