The position is responsible for a range of strategic, operational, financial and workforce functions for the department, and supports the KCC Director, Head of Clinical Services and Nurse Manager to ensure robust strategic oversight and implementation of business plans ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network (SCHN).
