$120,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary + Car Park Under Senior Owners Corporation Manager - Southbank A rare opportunity in a low-staff turnover company. Working in a premium, high density, modern and inclusive office of 10+ staff, using PIQ Strata Software. The company is part of a larger parent organisation with over 100 staff. Huge opportunities for progression. Location Based in Southbank, just south of Melbourne CBD. Portfolio local to office, Southbank / CBD area. Car Park Undercover Provided. Hours 9am to 5:30pm approx, with Friday "early" finish after lunch option. Working with up to 3 days work from home. Very flexible firm. Job Duties Manage 11 high density buildings, circa 1,300 lots. Handle admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests, using PIQ software. Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, or online meetings / AGMs. Handle emails and enquiries, owner enquiries, compliance, etc. What's on Offer $120,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary + Car Park Undercover Access to admin support or potentially your own or shared assistant strata manager (subject to portfolio load). Tools of the trade, laptop etc provided (tbc). Up to 3 days work from home / strong WFH options and flexibility, respected adults. The Ideal Candidate Will Have High Density (Tier 1 / 2) Strata Management experience of several years, in Victoria (not interstate). Not a lot of job movement (3+ years tenure is ideal). Great communication skills & admin skills. Experience dealing with committees / complex high density issues on strata properties.
