Working with the Future Student Conversion Specialist the role is also required to support an effective conversion strategy. The role demands a constant focus on delivering an excellent customer service for applicants to the university.About youCompletion of a degree or an equivalent level of knowledge through any other combination of education, training and/or experience.Knowledge and understanding of admissions within a tertiary environment.Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal), with the ability to convey complex information, demonstrate professionalism and confidence, manage relationships and expectations including influencing and closing skills.Ability to understand and interpret complex sets of rules and procedures that relate to the future student journey.Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, meet key performance indicators and contribute to a positive team culture.Work life balance (including a hybrid work model)The Division of Customer Experience develops and delivers Charles Sturt’s marketing, student recruitment, events and admissions activities, and oversees the customer journey from awareness to enrolment.The Customer Experience teams work closely with the Division of Student Experience to ensure the end-to-end journey from customer to student is seamless, impactful and leaves a lasting positive impression.The Division also supports the customer journey by establishing and connecting Research partners, business development partners and other key stakeholders with the Charles Sturt brand.
