Opportunity exists for an experienced, hungry and results‑driven Sales Account Manager to contribute to the future expansion of our newest branch in Canberra. It's always an exciting time to join an established business during a growth phase – developing, nurturing and growing that all important client base. This is definitely a challenge that will reinvigorate your passion and drive for sales, we offer a generous base salary plus superannuation which is coupled with unlimited earning potential as you will also be part of our uncapped commission structures. Working hours will be 7am‑5pm Monday to Friday. Other duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Identifying new business opportunities and potential revenue streams. Becoming a trusted client solutions partner in your industry. Driving revenue growth and smashing monthly and annual targets. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Responding to customer inquiries with accurate quotes and solutions. Coordinating updates on deliveries, rentals, and transport services. Getting out in the field with regular customer site visits to strengthen connections. Access Hire are looking for someone with a real hunger and drive to seize any opportunity regardless of what challenges may arise, in addition to this they will have: 2+ years’ proven success in a similar business development or sales role. Experience in the Hire industry will be highly regarded. A self‑motivated, results‑driven attitude and strong communication skills. The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Exceptional time‑management and forward‑planning skills. A solutions‑focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement. A current driver’s licence.
