Job Description Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Canberra region. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the retail industry. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs. Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services. Monitor market trends to provide insights and recommendations to the business. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Successful Applicant A Successful Sales Account Manager Should Have Proven experience in sales within the retail industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivation and a results-driven approach to sales. Willingness to travel within Canberra and surrounding areas as required. Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence.
