What you'll bring? 5+ years' experience in eCommerce or related digital/technical fields Must have hands-on experience implementing Adobe Commerce (Magento) solutions Ability to own the software implementation process end-to-end Must have a strong understanding of API integrations A strong blend of technical skills, business knowledge and stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, including but not limited to; payments, checkout flows, integrations, and web technologies. An understanding of cloud-based architectures for customisation and solution delivery. A proven track record of working in client-facing positions The ability to lead multiple client engagements at a time Prior experience working closely with client teams including Marketers and Developers Ability to understand and discuss technical architecture in detail with clients Capability to troubleshoot implementation issues directly with customers. What you'll be doing: Understanding client eCommerce environments and gathering detailed business requirements Running customer discovery sessions Lead end-to-end Adobe Commerce solution design, implementation, and integration. Supporting client developers, marketers and third-party partners throughout the implementation process Testing, troubleshooting, and optimising solution performance, scalability, and security. Working closely with clients and partner teams whilst managing multiple implementation projects at once. How to Apply?
