At Tip Top, a division of George Weston Foods (GWF), we\'re passionate about baking better together. We\'re looking for a driven and commercially savvy National Account Executive to join our Foodservice team and take ownership of key distributor relationships including Bidfood, NAFDA, Superior Foods, and Campbell\'s Cash & Carry. Purpose of the Role Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Distributors, you\'ll be responsible for: Executing strategic plans and joint business plans (JBP) with key distributor partners Managing head office relationships and delivering financial targets Leading customer engagement and promotional programs Supporting field teams through coaching and CRM (Salesforce) utilisation Driving forecasting accuracy and managing claims/accruals Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, finance, demand planning, and customer service About You The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 5 years\' experience in FMCG, foodservice, or B2B sales Proven success in account management or national account executive roles Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Strategic thinking with the ability to execute and influence Experience with Salesforce and forecasting tools (desirable) A growth mindset and passion for delivering results Benefits Recognition and award programs, including access to our online rewards platform Health and wellbeing programs including access to our 24/7 Employee Assistance Program Flexible working options Access to an extensive range of internal trainings and development programs for your career Start the Conversation If this role sounds like you and you\'re eager to learn, grow, and help create everyday moments of goodness, we want to hear from you.
