About the role We’re looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Senior Payroll Officer to join our friendly team, following the retirement of our long-term senior officer. In this role, you will lead the management of our day-to-day payroll operations for our Aged Care and Disability Services. Your work will help ensure our amazing staff are paid accurately and on time so they can continue making a difference in the lives of others every day. The role is flexible, with either Full-Time or Part-Time (4 days per week) options available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Prepare end-to-end payroll for 300 employees Prepare and distribute regular payroll reports Set up new employee records and process terminations Process pay adjustments and variations as required Respond to and resolve payroll queries in a timely manner Ensure compliance with current payroll legislation and the SCHADS Award Calculation and processing of regular STP, Superannuation, LSL and Payroll Tax obligations EOFY payroll compliance activities About You You’re someone who takes pride in accuracy, loves a well organised spreadsheet, and enjoys being part of a supportive team. You’re adaptable, approachable, and confident working in a busy environment.
