The Role Living Gems is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the commercial construction division. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in working across multiple sites, delivering high‑end commercial projects. This role is based at Head Office in a new state‑of‑the‑art facility at Bundall. The role will provide a high‑quality Contract Administration service during pre‑ and post‑contract stages and for the end‑to‑end commercial management of subcontracts, supply agreements and self‑performed works. Duties performed Assistance to the Senior Design and Project Manager in project coordination and program scheduling Working autonomously to write detailed Scope of Works and Construction Documentation. Subcontractor and supplier procurement, including tendering and negotiating contracts. Preparing and reviewing subcontractor agreements, variations, payment claims, invoices and payment schedules. Prepare and maintain Procurement Schedules, Tender Analysis Reports, Budget Transfers, monthly progress claims and financial reports. Monitor project budgets and financial reporting, assisting in cost control and forecasting. Work closely with project teams to track project performance and manage risks. Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Administer contracts and ensure adherence to legal and contractual obligations. Providing general Estimates as needed.
