Job Description Customer Support Officer Arventa was founded in 1996 and supports more than 3000Australian customers with our innovative compliance and risk managementsolutions via itsflagship platformWHS Monitor - . As a key stakeholder in our customer support team, you willbe responsible for ensuring the success of our many clients using our softwareplatforms to streamline, and automate risk processes. The role: The Customer Support Officer will assist in leading customerand partner success initiatives. We are seeking a technically savvy CustomerSupport Officer with a strong drive for results. As a result of our extensive growth, we are currently addingmultiple specialists to our national operation.
