Our producing mining operations of Beta Hunt and Higginsville are supported by two processing facilities, one on site at Higginsville and our Lakewood plant located in Kalgoorlie, providing a combined processing capacity of 2.6Mtpa.WHAT WE OFFER8:6 – 4:3 family friendly, lifestyle rosterFIFO ex Perth, Residential in Kalgoorlie or DIDO from surrounding areasCamp with ensuite rooms and a fully equipped gymDiscounted health insuranceSalary sacrifice FIFO airport parkingSalary packaging benefits - novated lease and other optionsAnnual short-term and long-term incentive bonusesAccess to up to 3 return flights (Kambalda - Perth - Kambalda) per annum at no cost to the residential employeeA company that is growing and supports employee’s developmentTHE OPPORTUNITYEnsure routine inspections and preventative measures of the processing plant, including but not limited to ball mills, crushers, screens, conveyors, and pumps are carried outFault-finding, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of mechanical components to process equipment such as lube systems, gearboxes, centrifugal pumpsActively manage maintenance planning activities and the Maintenance teamContribute to the development of the weekly plan by providing timely and accurate information to the Processing Manager and the General Manager on the status of key projects and day to day activitiesMaintain detailed maintenance history in Pronto our computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)Play a key role as part of the management team in the implementation of a positive, safe, and productive culture in the workplaceManaging various projects in a timely manner, tracking progress and costs.Succession planning, promoting and encouraging team developmentBe visible and provide mentoring and leadership to your teamsWork collaboratively with your team to develop and maintain efficient and productive maintenance processes across the plantActively promote a high level of safety awareness, lead from the front and by exampleABOUT YOUMinimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role effectively leading and managing a small Maintenance teamShut down planning and managing experienceSound working knowledge of processing plants – crushing, milling, gravity, leaching, tailings and reagent circuits; and associated infrastructureHave a comprehensive understanding of maintenance practices and procedures, with the ability to enforce themExperience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desirable)Proficient Microsoft office skillsProven leadership skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasksSolid communication skills, with the ability to build strong, collaborative, and successful working relationships with your teamA can-do, team-oriented attitudeDesire to maintain a proactive safe working environmentCOMMITMENT TO INCLUSIVITYWe are committed to achieving a work environment in which everyone is included, treated fairly and with respect.
