What's in it for you: A generous base salary of $200,000 + Super Uncapped commission with accelerators: Year 1 OTE of $300K+, and year 2, propelling you into $450K+ (those we have placed in this company are earning over $500K) Additional bonuses each quarter up to $30,000 Company Car or Allowance plus all the tools of the trade What you'll do: Manage the full B2B sales process – from lead generation and prospecting through to deal closure Close deals confidently – with the majority of sales concluded in the first meeting. Driving short sales cycles with pace and precision Achieve & exceed individual sales targets & KPI's Our client is looking for 3 exceptional business development managers to join their Western Australian team.
