People and Culture Business Partner (Employee Relations) Shepparton Villages (SRV) is a leading provider of retirement living and aged care services, with three sites across the Greater Shepparton area and a Support at Home business. About The Role Based on‑site in regional Victoria (Shepparton), the People and Culture Business Partner manages the employee/industrial relations portfolio, ensuring that managers and staff are supported across the organisation and that human‑resource policies and procedures align with legislative and organisational requirements. The role also manages return‑to‑work and performance‑review processes. You will provide sensitive and timely advice on performance, disciplinary and grievance matters and manage any Fair Work Commission cases, supporting the organisation’s goal of delivering quality services. Essential Skills And Attributes (Selection Criteria) Proven track record in employee case management, especially disciplinary processes and grievances. Experience developing and implementing HR‑related policies and procedures. Ability to interpret Enterprise Agreements and advise staff and managers on employment conditions. Experience working with multi‑site operations. Understanding of enterprise bargaining. Experience liaising with unions and/or the Fair Work Commission. Strong stakeholder‑management skills and collaborative approach. Ability to develop practical employee‑relations solutions and coach line managers. Experience managing annual performance appraisal processes. Proven ability to convert information and data into knowledge and communicate effectively. Experience providing detailed reporting and understanding roster patterns. Excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel. Problem‑solving skills for medium to high‑complexity issues and escalation judgement. Experience in the health and/or aged‑care sectors. Experience managing work‑cover and return‑to‑work processes is desirable. IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE or start in the new year.
