Citadel Agency is seeking a motivated Independent Contractor Property Acquisition Specialist to help uncover quality investment opportunities across Australia. You will source properties, engage with agents, and identify listings that match our client briefs while managing your own workflow and hours. Key Responsibilities Actively engage real estate agents to uncover on and off-market opportunities Review listings and assess suitability against client briefs Maintain quality relationships with agents and local market contacts Submit sourced properties with supporting notes and due diligence Manage your own hours, workflow, and deliverables independently What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Interest in property investing and acquisition High attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Confident on phone calls and agent interactions Reliable with consistent output Contractor role working under your own ABN Flexible, work‑from‑anywhere structure Growth opportunities within a high‑performing buyers agency Pay: Hourly rate + performance commissionsLocation: Melbourne VIC Remote (Hybrid)2 days a week Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
