Overview Join to apply for the Sr. Strategic Account Manager role at TreviPay. The Senior Strategic Account Manager is part of a Global Account Management team and reports into local Account Management leadership. The role executes duties proactively with minimal oversight, while maintaining transparency with leadership. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Relationship Management Manage a complex network of relationships with key stakeholders up to the C-suite, championing the overall customer strategy for enterprise business outcomes Master and maintain deep knowledge of each client’s competitive landscape and addressable/ serviceable/ target markets Analyze market trends and translate into tangible business outcomes Monitor and communicate internal and external news/trends related to client(s) Identify and map the customer business; gain insight on value and proactively identify requirements, expectations, and needs Actively listen beyond solution needs and openly address conflict Ensure alignment of teams and stakeholders to customer requirements; serve as an escalation path for client issues and ensure prompt resolution Maintain cadence of business reviews (virtual or in person) to discuss relationship status, product/service evolution, continuous improvement, expansions, performance of contractual obligations, growth initiatives, plans, and success metrics Sales And Growth Aim to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability goals each fiscal year, including budgeting and revenue forecasting Derive Strategic Account Plans from client Go to Market / commercial strategies Maintain a multi-year strategic plan for client retention and growth; align with TreviPay leadership Lead day-to-day management and optimization of program growth plans Lead proposal development, contract negotiation, and implementation efforts for white space opportunities Contract Management Act as keeper of program contracts; facilitate renewals/renegotiations; draft and manage contract amendments; monitor contract compliance General Understand and communicate TreviPay solutions and processes Contribute to product steering and process improvement; embrace Account Management best practices with TreviPay leadership Leverage company tools and training (goal-setting, account planning, task management) Exhibit alignment with TreviPay’s core values of Tenacity, Ingenuity and Empathy Develop presentations for end user training, conferences, and internal updates Represent TreviPay professionally; travel up to 40% Support/mentor new and less experienced AM team members Demonstrate mastery in conflict resolution and organizational navigation Desired Strengths And Experience 5+ years of experience managing strategic accounts Experience developing and implementing commercial/sales strategy with a proven track record Excellent relationship builder; proactive, strategic thinker with a commercial mindset Excellent written and oral communication; highly organized and responsive Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve on the fly; self-motivated and able to motivate others Competitive spirit; ability to influence behavior in a matrix environment across multiple functions and with clients Experience negotiating contracts and understanding cultural differences affecting business outcomes Ability to operate and thrive under pressure Qualifications University degree required; master’s degree is a plus Mastery level knowledge of Microsoft Office What’s in it for me?
