If you would like to find out more about us, please go to What You'll Bring: 2+ years' experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role Strong understanding of invoicing and reconciliations Good Excel skills and experience with accounting or ERP systems (Sage, Xero, or similar) High attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills Experience or interest in systems and process improvement will be highly regarded Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable and collaborative style. Exceptional planning and organisational abilities. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process customer invoices in line with projects, contracts and general sales requirements Upload invoices to Customer portals Reconcile accounts receivable and follow up overdue payments Maintain accurate customer records and assist with month-end close Support processes and system improvement initiatives across finance operations relating to invoicing and accounts receivable Provide general support to the finance team as required Why Join Us?
