Job Description Technical Alliances Manager at HiBob About Us HiBob helps modern, mid‑size businesses transform people management with an intuitive, data‑driven HR platform that works globally, remotely, and collaboratively. Requirements 3+ years managing technology partners at a high‑growth SaaS company Experience launching new technology partnerships from go‑live on the marketplace and creating long‑term, revenue‑productive pipelines Revenue focus and ability to manage partner leads throughout the deal cycle (lead submission to closed won) Experience in HR tech fields is a huge plus Commercial grasp of integrations and collaboration with cross‑functional partners to drive business value Comfortable with ambiguity and growing programs from the ground up Independent leadership of external client or partner conversations with executives Adaptability to a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of integrated technology partners Develop a reciprocal, long‑term partner strategy that makes partners revenue‑productive by exchanging qualified leads Onboard newly launched partners by setting KPIs, creating mutual action plans, and driving accountability across the partner base Drive aggressive partner‑sourced pipeline growth through consistent, thoughtful joint tech partner engagement strategies Foster direct relationships with sellers at partner companies to source net new pipeline Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to problem‑solve for customers and prospects using the app marketplace and partner relationships Increase adoption of integrations across existing mutual customers Work closely with the Integrations + Ecosystem team to drive future integration strategy, ensure smooth transition, and track valuable program KPIs Host partner engagement activities including lunch & learn, co‑marketing campaigns, webinars, etc. Become an expert in presenting the value of HiBob’s partner program Create presentations that communicate impact, gain stakeholder buy‑in, and drive execution Benefits Company share options plan – every employee can eventually become a shareholder Hybrid working from day 1 – typically 2 days in office Work‑from‑home allowance to set up a home office Temporary remote work from anywhere for up to 2 months after 6 months of employment Bob balance days – long weekend at the beginning of each quarter 2 Social Impact days per year for volunteering Employee referral program – $2,500 per successful referral plus ambassador programme Fun company and team social events (locally and virtually with global teams) Birthday day off with a special gift Catered Thursday lunches and coffee Dog‑friendly office #J-18808-Ljbffr
