Job Description As a Technology Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in building one of the fastest‑growing programs at HiBob: Partnerships You will manage a growing book of technology partners, increase adoption of integrations across the company, and generate revenue through partner referrals. Job Requirements 3+ years of experience managing technology partners at a high‑growth SaaS company. Experience launching new technology partnerships from go‑live on the marketplace and creating long‑term, revenue‑productive partnerships. Revenue focus and ability to manage partner leads through the entire deal cycle (from lead submission to closed won). Experience in HR‑tech related fields – huge plus Commercial grasp of integrations and collaboration with cross‑functional partners to ensure integrations drive business value. Comfortable with ambiguity and building programs from scratch. Capable of independently leading external client or partner conversations with executives. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Job Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of integrated technology partners. Develop a reciprocal, long‑term partner strategy that makes partners revenue‑productive by exchanging qualified leads. Onboard newly launched technology partners by setting KPIs, creating mutual action plans, and driving accountability. Drive aggressive partner‑sourced pipeline growth for our partnerships team through consistent, thoughtful joint tech partner engagement strategies. Foster direct relationships with the sellers at our technology partners to source net new pipeline. Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to problem‑solve for customers and prospects leveraging our marketplace and partner relationships. Increase adoption of integrations across existing mutual customers. Collaborate closely with the Integrations + Ecosystem team to drive future integration strategy, ensure smooth transition, and track program KPIs. Host partner engagement activities including lunch & learns, co‑marketing campaigns, webinars, etc. Become an expert in presenting the value of HiBob and our partner program. Create presentations that communicate impact and requirements to key stakeholders, gain buy‑in, and drive execution.
