We are looking for a Payroll Manager to deliver payroll outsourcing services for ANZ clients. Highlights Lead a diverse regional team of payroll specialists to delivery payroll services for ANZ clients Enjoy autonomy and leadership visibility in a high‑impact role Harmony culture, flexible hours, hybrid work from home Key Responsibilities Provide our award‑winning service to clients; maintain client relationships on a regular basis Responsible for payroll outsourcing service (ANZ payroll for clients) in large headcount (e.g., salaries, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations) Lead a team to provide payroll outsourcing services and be responsible for the team's Service Level Agreement Review payroll computations, payroll reports, bank submission files, annual returns prepared by payroll team members and ensure accuracy Work with Headquarter on bank files authorization Liaise with providers and local authorities in relation to pensions, social insurances and taxes Maintain updated and accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll System Participate in client meetings and provide professional advice on HR/payroll issues and any other issues related to the employment act Manage HR reports such as movement, headcount, summary, cost centre allocation and payroll breakdown reports Assist and coach team members on the best way to communicate with clients should there be any issues Implement SOPs on certain payroll processing and update from time to time Resolve errors, understand the root causes and advise solutions to prevent recurrence Responsible for implementing a new payroll set‑up (database, payroll & leave administration) Requirements Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end payroll processing for clients Strong background working in a payroll outsourcing vendor Proven experience in leading a payroll services team, ensuring SLA compliance and operational excellence Able to manage high volume payroll processing in a fast‑paced environment Sound knowledge of Australia labour laws, tax regulations, pensions and social insurance compliance Strong client‑facing communication skills, able to provide professional advice on HR/payroll matters Fluent in spoken English.
