About the Role: This position plays an integral role in coordinating orders, materials, and processes within our Kit Centre to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries. You’ll work across several areas — from order management to supplier liaison — while developing your knowledge of Capral’s estimating systems and production workflow. Key Responsibilities: Process and track customer orders through Capral’s estimating program (V6) Collate, prioritise, and follow orders through to delivery completion Communicate with suppliers (powder coating, anodising, etc.) to ensure deadlines are met Liaise with internal departments (sales, manufacturing, logistics) to resolve order queries Assist with stock control and ordering consumables for the Kit Centre Support maintenance coordination and ensure equipment functionality Help prepare reports on orders, delivery performance, and lead times Champion safety and contribute to a positive, team-focused workplace About You You’ll bring experience in at least one of the following areas: V6 estimating software, aluminium fabrication, or estimating/quoting — and be keen to develop across all three. You’re organised, proactive, and ready to learn from an experienced team. To be successful, you’ll have: Some experience with V6, estimating, or fabrication/manufacturing Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and organisational skills Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) A positive attitude with a desire to grow and take on new challenges An LF licence is preferred but not essential Our values — Safety First, Customer Success, Play Fair, Better Every Day, and Own It — guide everything we do and define how we work together.
