Team Leader/Business Manager - Employment & Recruitment Jobs Statewide is looking for an energetic and outcomes-driven Team Leader to guide our branch and support young people aged 15–24 as they transition into sustainable employment and further education. In this role, you will lead from the front—coaching and mentoring your team while ensuring all performance targets are met. Success is measured through: Employment Outcomes: Supporting young people into meaningful work and tracking their sustained weeks in employment. Post Placement Support (PPS): Staying connected with employers and participants to ensure successful long-term placements. Activities & Skill Building: Connecting youth to programs that strengthen confidence, soft skills, and job readiness. Sales & Business Development: Building relationships with local employers, cold calling, and sourcing entry-level vacancies suited to our participants. Daily Responsibilities Run a structured daily schedule to keep the team focused, organised, and accountable. Lead employer engagement , driving vacancy sourcing and maintaining strong employer relationships. Champion our 24-hour fill goals to ensure new vacancies are matched quickly and effectively. Conduct weekly 1:1’s focused on coaching, capability-building, and performance development. Track all participant outcomes, ensuring every young person progresses toward meaningful employment or education. Develop marketing and engagement plans to support your team in generating strong education and employment outcomes. Why Join Jobs Statewide?
