Administration Coordinator We’re looking for an Administration Coordinator who doesn’t just complete tasks — they improve outcomes. If you’re someone whose admin, finance, or inventory experience has directly contributed to better margins, reduced waste, tighter stock control, or smoother operations, this role will let you shine. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position where accuracy and ownership directly influence weekly commercial results. You’ll play a key role in stock control, buying, receiving, and financial processes that impact profitability every single day. We’re looking for someone who understands that strong administration isn’t back‑office support; it’s a frontline commercial function that protects margin, reduces waste, and drives profitability week after week. Full‑Time Brisbane Markets What You’ll Be Doing Administration & Finance (Commercial Impact) Support the Manager with admin tasks that ensure operational efficiency and compliance Compile data and prepare reports that help management make informed commercial decisions Generate and process AWF sales invoices with accuracy to protect revenue Monitor supplier cost changes and update selling prices to maintain margin integrity Produce and analyse gross and net profit margin reports Manage financial document approvals and maintain accurate records in M‑Files Create social media content and maintain weekly EDMs and price lists Inventory Management (Direct Profit Impact) Plan, coordinate, execute, and reconcile full end‑to‑end stock takes Process all incoming goods — imports and local — into the ERP system with precision Manage non‑conforming goods, quality claims, and supplier communication to minimise loss Prepare reports on inventory loss, waste, damage, and shrinkage Ensure buying and receiving processes are accurate, timely, and commercially sound Responsiveness & Peak Period Support Be responsive and contactable during standard work hours Provide additional support during peak trading periods (Mother’s Day, Easter, Christmas, Valentine’s Day) What You’ll Bring Demonstrated experience where your admin work improved commercial outcomes (e.g., reduced errors, improved stock accuracy, protected margins, streamlined processes) Ability to manage multiple workflows with competing deadlines High accuracy in data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting Strong problem‑solving skills and initiative to resolve issues early Clear, professional communication Experience with inventory systems and stock control processes Basic data entry experience for AWF invoicing and margin reporting Preferred Experience Intermediate Microsoft Office skills 2+ years in a high‑volume admin, finance, or operations support role Experience as a primary point of contact for staff, management, and external clients Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end stock takes Experience processing domestic and international receivals in an ERP/WMS Experience managing supplier quality issues and purchase rejections Experience creating social media content for a business or brand #J-18808-Ljbffr
