Administration Sales Co‑ordinator BrightSide Executive Search is looking for an Administration Sales Co‑ordinator to support a leading fine‑wine business on a 12‑month maternity leave contract. Base pay range A$70,000.00/yr – A$85,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Process all orders received via various avenues. Track customer orders and provide updates on ETAs, delivery, and tracking information. Respond to customer enquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner. Assist with a range of sales support and general administrative tasks. Provide day‑to‑day support to the Customer Service and Account Management teams. Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the wider administration team. Key Attributes Proven experience in a fast‑paced customer service and administrative role. Confidence supporting a busy, dynamic team. Experience using SAP or a similar ERP/POS system.
