As Distribution Centre Manager you will be an integral member of our Logistics & Customer Service leadership team. You will deliver first class and safe operations within all warehouse, distribution and inventory management functions whilst providing subject matter advice and day to day support to the warehouse team at the site. Key Responsibilities Include Management of finished rice & snacking products and management of the Material Store where packaging and ingredients are stored Inventory management and controls across the Wamoon DC and wider Mill site providing guidance and support to continue to drive high levels of stock accuracy Supporting the Warehouse and Mill operations teams through review and development of all existing and new processes, policy and procedures and Risk assessments as relevant to the role Maintain an effective supply cycle within the Stores to ensure the consistent supply of materials to support operations Support, manage and develop the Distribution Centre team. Financial assistance toward relocation costs may be available for the right candidate if required About You You are decisive in your problem-solving approach, have excellent communication skills and strong organisational and planning skills. You are resilient, a natural influencer and encourage open, friendly engagement and collaboration. You Will Also Have At least 5 years warehouse management experience including inventory control and operations Experience with WMS and operations process flow & planning processes Proven leadership skills and experience managing a diverse team Proven ability to listen, identify customer needs and solve problems Experience in SAP environment Strong safety focus.
