About the role: We currently have a part time position for an Accounts Receivable Officer based at our Head Office in Goodwood. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment. Role Responsibilities: Prepare and issue debtor invoices and maintain accurate client profiles across systems and portals Process payments, update aged receivables, and manage monthly statements in Xero Reconcile accounts, monitor variations, and maintain work-in-progress reports Respond to account queries promptly and elevate outstanding issues as needed Assist with month‑end tasks, financial reporting, and general administrative support Qualifications and Experience: Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience) High level of financial skills Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Experience with Xero and other cloud platforms Strong data entry and administrative capabilities Strong numeracy and literacy skills High attention to detail and accuracy of work and reporting Excellent organisational and time management skills For further information regarding the role please contact, Melissa Norman, National Finance Manager via email: **************@comstarsystems.com.au Comstar Systems is an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
