Operating from 6 : 30am to 6 : 30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 112 children to explore, grow, and thrive. As our new Chef, you will: Plan and prepare daily meals in line with nutrition guidelines and centre requirements Cater to diverse dietary needs with confidence and care Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment Engage with children and educators to promote healthy eating habits Build genuine connections with families and create sense of community What You’ll Bring: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery OR Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent Food Safety Supervisor Certificate A current Working with Children Check Strong understanding of diverse dietary requirements and food sensitivities Australian Working Rights Impeccable personal presentation Experience in menu creation, bulk meal preparation, online ordering, stock management, and budget control Proven experience in commercial cooking Availability to work Monday to Friday Why You’ll Love Working With Us: Competitive above-award pay Up to 50% off childcare fees for your little ones A rewards program for referring family and friends Opportunities to transfer across our network of centres About us At Eden Academy, we’re more than a childcare centre—we’re a family.
